Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

NKTPe ki website aur services use karke aap in Terms & Conditions se agree karte hain. Agar aap in terms se agree nahi karte toh please hamare platform ka use band karein.

Ye terms sabhi users par apply hote hain — visitors, retailers, distributors, aur API partners. Hum in terms ko kabhi bhi update kar sakte hain; continued use = acceptance.

Our Services

NKTPe following financial services provide karta hai:

AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) — NPCI certified
Domestic Money Transfer — IMPS/NEFT based
Mobile & DTH Recharge — all operators
Bill Payment — BBPS certified platform
Insurance — IRDAI authorized products
Travel Booking — IRCTC authorized
PAN Services — NSDL/UTIITSL partner
QR Payment — UPI based solutions
API Services — for developers & businesses

Sabhi services regulatory approvals ke under operate hoti hain.
Section 3

User Accounts

Account creation aur maintenance ke liye:

Eligibility: 18+ years, Indian citizen/entity.

KYC: Valid Aadhaar, PAN mandatory for all accounts.

Account Security: Aapka password aur OTP strictly confidential rakhein. Sharing strictly prohibited.

Accuracy: Sabhi provided information accurate honi chahiye. Fake information = immediate account termination + legal action.

One Account: Ek person ke liye sirf ek account allowed hai.
Section 4

Retailer Terms

Retailers ke liye additional terms:

Commission: Commission rates platform pe published hain aur without prior notice change ho sakte hain.

Transaction Limits: Daily aur per-transaction limits as per your plan apply hote hain.

Settlement: T+1 basis pe bank account mein settlement. Minimum withdrawal: ₹100.

Chargebacks: Fraudulent ya disputed transactions ke liye retailer responsible ho sakte hain.

Device Use: Provided devices sirf NKTPe services ke liye use hone chahiye.
Section 5

Prohibited Activities

Following activities strictly prohibited hain:

• Money laundering ya hawala transactions
• Fake ya forged documents provide karna
• Unauthorized third-party ke behalf mein transactions
• Platform hack karna ya vulnerabilities exploit karna
• Multiple accounts banana ya operate karna
• Competitors ko NKTPe data/technology share karna
• Abusive behavior with support staff
• AEPS/Micro ATM ka customer fraud ke liye use karna

Violation pe: immediate account termination + legal proceedings.
Section 6

Payments & Fees

Financial terms:

Service Charges: Transaction-wise charges applicable hain as per published rate card.

Failed Transactions: Failed transactions ka refund 24-72 hours mein wallet/bank account mein.

GST: Applicable taxes (GST 18%) services pe additional charge hote hain.

Disputes: Transaction disputes 7 days ke andar report karni chahiye.

Commission Deduction: TDS applicable commissions pe as per Income Tax Act.
Section 7

Limitation of Liability

NKTPe following ke liye liable nahi hai:

• Internet connectivity issues ke karan failed transactions
• Third-party bank system downtime
• Customer khud ke credentials share karne se hone wala fraud
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders)
• Consequential ya indirect losses

Maximum liability: Amount of last successful transaction. Regulatory compliance losses hum handle karte hain.
Section 8

Account Termination

Account terminate ho sakta hai:

By NKTPe: In terms violation pe, suspicious activity pe, regulatory requirements pe, ya business reasons se — 30 days notice ke saath (except fraud cases mein immediate termination).

By User: Kabhi bhi written request bhej sakte hain. Pending settlements clear hone ke baad account close hoga.

Termination ke baad: Wallet balance refund hoga, pending commissions process honge, platform access revoke hoga.
Section 9

Dispute Resolution

Disputes ke liye:

Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Pehle customer support se contact karein: nkttechnicalgyan@gmail.com ya +91 7081831476

Step 2 — Formal Complaint: Written complaint within 30 days of incident.

Step 3 — Arbitration: Unresolved disputes ke liye Arbitration Act 1996 ke under arbitration.

Step 4 — Courts: Jurisdiction: Faizabad/Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh courts only.

• Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007
• RBI Master Directions on Payment Aggregators
• NPCI guidelines for AEPS/UPI/IMPS
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Income Tax Act, 1961
